The faculty and staff are carefully selected professional educators, solo artists, composers and conductors, including members of the Colgate University Music Department and surrounding symphony orchestras. Guest soloists and clinicians are on campus for Master Classes, workshops, and concerts on dates to be announced. A complete list of conductors and faculty is available upon request.

Private lessons by a professional staff are offered once weekly in all instruments: brass, string, guitar, woodwind, percussion, voice, piano, harp, and pipe organ. Lessons may also be taken on more than one instrument, which is often done.
